    …momentele unei vieti normale, la care viseaza toti eroii Cronicii, sunt perfect desenate de catre maestrul Cilibia, care precum Bord, canta o balada veche si misterioasa a unei lumi bazata pe vitejie, lealitate, credinta in Dumnezeu. Secventa cu Francisco, capelan adica om al capelei, care-si taie unghiile de la picioare este de remarcat pentru realismul si -in acelasi timp- pentru cruzimea ei de tip Goya. In jocul luminilor focului de tabara chipurile lor devin gravuri medievale…iar aceasta imagine echilibreaza perfect compozitia capitolului…Excelsio!
